Meeting Structure

Weekly committee meetings and bi-weekly Committee heads meetings. Currently committee meetings are scheduled for Monday mornings at 9AM.

Legal Council

Currently Valhalla’s legal council is coming from Gascon & Associés through a Tax & Entainment Lawyer who is one of the founding members fathers. However external opinions and help has come in the form of volunteers and anyone member can discuss anything with the legal council of their choice.

Third Party Accounting

The tracking of money being spent by the organization is not only to be done via the Accounting and Legal Committee internally but also by an external party to ensure transparency – legal credibility and obligations and to avoid all forms of corruption.
