There are conditional / tentative legal agreements in place that allow The Valhalla Movement Foundation to purchase land at its current Sustainability Learning Centre test site located at 1961 Chemin de la Bataille, St Luc, Quebec, Canada.
The costs associated to purchasing this land as an organization are something the Movement is striving for but the land is currently in the legal possession of Marc Coppola one of the founding members and directors of the organization. There is also a small amount of purchase price that will go to reimburse some investments Greg Hunt made for the land in its inception.
The reason for this is because the Movement really began as a grass roots movement that has organically grown over time as explained above in section 1.5 on Background and History.
