If a new member is voted into the organization a secret ceremony and celebration catered to the individual is held as an induction ceremony into the group.
If however the candidate has failed they might be asked to leave the group or be given a second chance to redeem themselves all at the discretion of the members during the vote.
Termination of membership is taken very seriously as well if a Full-Time Member is truly acting against the best interests of the organization – being disrespectful and detrimental to the organization after numerous warnings and is voted out by other members due to insubordination or a serious offense to the group – another member or the organization as a whole.
