The Valhalla Movement Foundation is a registered non-profit organization under the jurisdiction of Canadian and Quebec law that came into existence legally in 2013 and a fiscal year spanning from April 1st to March 31st.
With potential for mobility into being a registered charity as well as opening up divisional companies/ co-ops / non-profits beneath it for its future expansion currently Valhalla Montreal and Valhalla Movement are all operating out of this first legal entity.
