The role of Legal and Accounting Committee is simple – In any organization there are always legal and accounting obligations that need to be respected in accordance with the law.

The members of this group are expected to manage these obligations – keep the group informed on any major decisions and changes within such as well as serve as the overseeing party the work of Economic Sustainability Committee. They are to track the in and out flows of money as well as manage all the invoices and receipts of the organization and keep the financial planning – and disbursement of financial assets of the organization in check and balance.

A member of this committee cannot for transparency and honesty purposes be part of both legal and accounting and Economic Sustainability.
