Heads meetings are only meant to happen on a bi-weekly basis as a summary of all events, proposals and decisions that happen within the committees – these are meant to only increase coordination amongst varying committees of the organization to ensure everyone is on the same page and up to date.
This meeting is also meant to raise concerns, advice and clarity for proposals being taken on by other committees to ensure no one groups decision somehow is impeding or overlapping another’s.
