Conflict resolution is to happen in trusting and respectful way following the models using facilitators and peacemakers within the group. Irrational decisions and anger solve nothing and thus we are looking to create a safe / peaceful state of communication and deliberation in order to come to consensus or agreement.
If for some reason issues are still unable to resolve themselves over time – a decision will be need to pick the resolution outcome having heard both sides of the argument. Committee heads (only those who are not part of the conflict) will then be asked to vote / find a middle ground resolution that can work to compromise both parties wishes / fears into a single actionable step forward with the best interest of the entire organization in mind.
