Two-Tier Approval Process – Proposals must go through a two-tier approval process in order to be officially accepted by group.
Once a proposal is submitted a proposal will enter the first tier of approval which is voted upon within the committee(s) that are involved in the project. At this stage is where criticisms / debate / concerns and all other things are brought about into discussion before passing to a consensus approval.
If a proposal is approved it passes onto the next tier of the process but if denied it can only be brought back into the realm of discussion after amendments are considered to the original proposal.
The second tier of approval comes at the heads meetings which ensures that approved projects are well received by other committees and allows for proper integration throughout the entire organization. It also allows for some constructive comments and criticisms which
