All tenure’s of committee heads positions are to be voted before the April 1st season opening date every fiscal year and to last one entire season / year from that point.
There are no limitations on reappointing the same head year after year as long as majority of committee members vote for such person.
A Head might organize a temporary leave from their position due to travel or other relevant circumstances in which case they are entitled to appoint a interim Head to ensure their roles continues to be fulfilled.
