International Affairs is the responsible parties for all developing and external nodes and branches of Valhalla – they are meant to be the facilitators and representatives of the core of the organization to all forming groups outside the Montreal area.
They are to set all chapter guidelines and boundaries – for the organization as well as be in charge of all Public Relations inquiries for the organization.
